By accessing or using KiloWatt Per Hour ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

KiloWatt Per Hour is an independent Texas electricity plan comparison platform. We display electricity plans, rates, and required regulatory documents (EFL, YRAAC, TOS) from participating Retail Electric Providers (REPs) to help Texas consumers compare their options. We are not a REP and do not sell electricity.

3. No Enrollment

Using this Service does not enroll you in any electricity plan. Submitting an availability request is an informational step only — it does not constitute enrollment, a binding contract, or any financial obligation. Enrollment occurs solely between you and the REP through their official process.

4. Accuracy of Information

We strive to display accurate plan information, but electricity rates, terms, and availability change frequently. All pricing shown is an estimate based on the selected usage level. Always review the official EFL (Electricity Facts Label), YRAAC (Your Rights as a Customer), and TOS (Terms of Service) documents provided by the REP before enrolling.

5. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that plan data is complete, current, or error-free at all times.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KiloWatt Per Hour LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any electricity plan you choose based on information displayed here.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and branding on this site are the property of KiloWatt Per Hour LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
